October 2 Female Cut begins his second season at the Mill 159, proposing for the first time an event entirely devoted to ecology view of women. Environmental protection and recycling will be the themes of the art stars of the evening thanks to the intervention of artists who dedicate their work to discover a contemporary model of eco-sustainability. Designers, photographers, filmmakers and artists in general, brought together to understand and show how you can develop a true lifestyle that has as its primary concern the environment.
The exhibition halls of the Mill, objects which seem to have outlived their usefulness, are in the hands of young designers, new forms, accompanied by a group of photographs and a video review dedicated alla denuncia di veri e propri delitti ambientali.
The eco/female world sarà tutto questo ma anche musica:
ospiti, per la prima volta in Italia, l’esplosivo duo Dali & Dinamite (Catalytic Rec - Eager Vibe - Spain), accompagnato dalle selezioni electro, house e deep techno delle dj resident De-Monique e Miz Kiara, e dalle visioni dell’artista romana C_horn.
Female Cut torna quindi parlando di ecologia per il suo primo appuntamento. Dal 2 ottobre e per tutta la stagione, ogni primo sabato del mese, le donne di Female Cut invaderanno tutti gli spazi del Lanificio proponendo sempre nuovi temi e nuovi argomenti di confronto ma soprattutto dando all’universo femminile la possibilità di espremirsi e crescere.

We give the party a feminine fit!
Female Cut is the first organization of events for women, where women are called to speak in every way. In any event, from the night club openings, through concerts, screenings and performances, Female Cut is meant to convey both the artistic expressions that the way to conceive and organize an event with a feminine approach.
Live music, DJ sets, visual, contemporary art exhibitions, dance, photography, graphic and web design, management, production engineers, bar staff and door selection: all the team working on each event is composed exclusively of women, but is aimed at a target completely heterogeneous.
Founded in January 2009 from the minds of four professionals (journalists / dj / production manager) Female Cut has assets of many events of great attraction. Each of these has seen the exhibition of the best minds in women's movement, Italian and international, from rock to electronic music, video, fashion and design, performance and installations that range from the most diverse expressions of contemporary art.

Female Cut is proposed as the first exclusive event where the sensitivity and give a feminine connotation sharp, original and unique in every event.
